After one too many days of being stung out on emotion. I finally picked up a guitar and attempted to write a song. I'm not really sure what I was thinking. The facts were simple I couldn't play the guitar, but for some odd reason fate took over. It was like magic. I instantly was able to play and write. The first day I played, I wrote a song. I played the song (complete with lyric sheet) 15 days later a small coffee shop in Denver, CO. I was terrible but the crowd smiled and my friends thought it was cool. My adventure had begun. Flash forward a year and I find myself sitting at this computer writting my story. In the last year I have had opportunities to travel to far off countries such as India, Nepal and Alaska. My adventures have greatly influence my writting and for some odd reason inspired me to believe that I can make a difference in this world. I don't play to make money or to be a rock star. I play because I love it. Musically I have been influenced by the likes of Green Day, Mike Knott, and Pedro The Lion just to name a few. People say I play acoustic post-punk. While I'm not exactly sure what that means, the title sounds cool, so I'll stick with it. I believe I have been given a gift. Come out and experience my music for yourself. Nate

I have been compared to Nirvana, Green Day, Havalina and Mike Knott.
